Hollywood's Diversity Problem

As many studies from the 2010s demonstrate, there have and continue to be limited roles and opportunities for women an people of color. These limited roles are often small and possibly perpetuate reductive stereotypes. This clip from Hollywood Shuffle parodies the state of black acting in Hollywood in the 1980s, although the jokes continue to be relevant to many films and television shows.
