Game Theory in "The Maltese Falcon"
by Dirk Mateer `

Negotiating over a priceless piece of jewelry is complicated. In this classic Humphrey Bogart film, the pursuers of the Maltese Falcon do not know its location. As a result, asymmetric information exists and this leads to a very interesting strategic interaction. Fantastic clip about game theory, bargaining and leverage.
