Superman 3 video game

by Critical Commons Manager

In the early 1980s, on screen video game play was still enough of a novelty to warrant these extended sequences of computer generated animation simulating game play of the showdown between Superman and The Ultimate Computer, designed by the computer idiot savant Gus Gorman (Richard Pryor). Although these animated sequences were produced by Atari as product placement, the intended game was never released commercially, due in part to the video game industry crash of 1983.
