Central London congestion charging notes

by Lisa Pfeiffer

These figures are integral to my research comparing public transportation incentives and driving disincentives in European cities in order to see if and how they could be applied in Los Angeles. The visuals applied will allow for readers to understand how such a system of congestion taxing could work in Los Angeles.

Central London congestion charging zone and Congestion charging sign
