Seinfeld Economics: The Strike

A labor union is of a group of workers who have joined together to protect their rights.

Collective bargaining involves negotiations between an employer and labor union representatives concerning an improvement of work conditions or wages.

 

Seinfeld: The Strike

Kramer gets a phone call telling him that the strike at H&H bagels is over, and that he can return to work. His union had been demanding $5.35 per hour, and H&H is now paying $5.35 per hour.
