Monetary Velocity in Candy Sale

by AdrianFohr

This clip is great for introducing the concept of monetary velocity. Monetary velocity is a measure of economy wide phenomena. It tells us how quickly money is changing hands within an economy. The monetary velocity will affect the money supply; and, therefore it is of interest to monetary policy.
